NEW ACCOUNTS: Are shipped COD Secure (Money Order / Cashiers Check) or Credit Card. After 3 orders we will open up terms to COD Company Check. Net Terms may be established by submitting a credit application for approval. Filling out an application is not a guarantee of approval, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
SHIPPING:Most orders are shipped 3 days after order has been placed. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. The customer is responsible for all Freight, COD, Insurance, and Handling Charges. All International orders will be shipped FedEx Ground, or the buyer must arrange for pick up.
HAZMAT SHIPPING INFORMATION: All orders containing hazardous material items will incur a $25.00 hazmat fee charged by FedEx. All Fun Gifts will cover half of the hazmat fee on orders reaching $200.00+ of in stock merchandise, reducing the customer's fee to $12.00. All Fun Gifts will waive the hazmat fee on orders reaching $425.00+ of in stock merchandise so that the customer will not pay a hazmat fee on these orders.
REFUSED ORDERS: If the fault of All Fun Gifts, the customer will be fully credited. All other refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional freight charges will be added.
RETURN POLICY: All Returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization # (obtainable from your Sales Rep) in order to receive a credit or item replacement. Damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. Returns must be sent back to us within 15 days. Unless the fault of All Fun Gifts, items that are returned undamaged will incur a restocking fee of 10%.
PRICE CHANGES: All prices shown are wholesale prices that are subject to change. All Fun Gifts is not responsible for typographical errors in the printing of this catalog.
RETURNED CHECKS: Will result in the customer being charged a $25.00 fee and terms will be changed to COD Secure or Credit Card only. All pending orders will be held until balance has been cleared.
